Entry-Level Property Maintenance $18-24/hour!



Full Time, Entry-Level Maintenance role! Pay is $18-$24/hour depending on experience, work hours are Monday-Friday day time hours with the potential for some on call hours. Overtime is also available.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Tech:

• Mechanically Inclined
• Complete work and repair orders on residential properties in a timely fashion
• Perform routine preventive maintenance daily

Qualifications for the Maintenance Tech:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening
• Must pass Motor Vehicle Report check
• Experience in basic Plumbing, Electrical, and General maintenance
• Familiarity with power and hand tools and equipment
• Physically capable
