Job Description



We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our fast-paced printing operations. This role serves as the main point of contact between customers and production. Earn $17/hour plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers regarding orders, quotes, and timelines
  • Review artwork, job tickets, and purchase orders for accuracy
  • Coordinate with prepress, press, and finishing teams
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
  • Manage multiple jobs while meeting deadlines

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Basic printing knowledge preferred (bleed, DPI, CMYK, finishing)
  • Comfortable with PDF, Word, Excel, EPS, and AI files
  • Customer-focused and team-oriented
