Staff Accountant



We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting functions including general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Assist with the transition from QuickBooks to Sage accounting software.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies.
• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Take on a variety of tasks as needed—no job is too small in our team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Accounting or related field preferred)
• 2-5 years of accounting experience
• Experience working within an engineering or construction environment a plus
• Strong desire to learn and grow within the accounting profession.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks and/or Sage a plus
