Duties:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, NO Sales or Cold Calling 
  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information
  • Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous communication 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support client needs 
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently 
  • Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities

Experience: 

  • Previous experience in customer service (phone, email, and forward-facing) 
  • Strong analytical skills to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions 
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills 
  • Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
