Job Description

Support the organization by servicing internal and external customers. Serve in administrative functions that support the goals of the organization.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Billing
  • Exports – preparation of documentation and review against requirements
  • Scanning of order sets, test reports, sales documents, and receiving documents
  • Perform secondary sales order review
  • Schedule transportation companies for freight pick ups
  • Birthday club
  • Arrange lunches for meetings and parties
  • Order office supplies and break room/cleaning supplies
  • Phone operator
  • Update and distribute daily reports
  • Other projects as assigned


  • Ability to effectively communicate with management, employees and customers.
  • Ability to operate a telephone, PC, copy machine, calculator, fax and mail machine.
  • Effective use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other internal software programs.
  • Ability to define a problem and identify appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.


  • High school education or equivalent
