Job Description

Total Staffing is working with a growing banking facility in the Blue Ash area and we are looking for someone with call center experience. Must be professional, courteous and able to answer questions in a polite and timely manner. This is a contract-to-hire position with opportunity for growth.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle large inbound call volume
  • Navigate through multiple screens and software platforms while solving problems with a client.
  • Ability to address client concerns and utilize resources available to advise clients
  • Partner with teammate to address complex banking issues with speed and accuracy
  • Flexibility to work weekends

Hours: M-F (with rotating Saturdays) 1st shift


Pay: $14/hour




  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, using proper grammar.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
