Renoir Staffing is currently looking for a Leasing Agent that is great at sales, marketing and above all, customer service!

General functions of the leasing Agent:

• Excellent customer service: someone who can navigate all types of situations
• A problem solver; able to provide solutions!
• Works closely with the property manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed effectively and in a timely manner
• Tours prospective residents via in person or zoom
• Assists applicant with the applications process
• Creates and updates marketing ad’s
• Completes any daily, weekly, or monthly report assigned by Property Manager
• Assists residents with work orders or any issues they are having in their home
• Completes move-in walk through with new residents

Key Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Property Management Software
• Understands and complies with state landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing laws and Cal-OSHA
• Knowledge of all rental processes and marketing trends
• Knowledge of Excel, WORD, Outlook
• Works well under pressure and maintains a positive friendly attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
