Bilingual Pharmacy Customer Service

We are hiring a Bilingual Pharmacy Customer Service Representative to support pharmacists, assist patients with prescriptions and payments, and provide excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients and working in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients at the pharmacy counter
• Register and update patient and insurance information
• Process payments and perform daily cash register operations
• Receive and process prescription refill requests
• Provide information about medication assistance programs
• Provide Spanish-English interpretation as needed
• Maintain an organized cashier station and pharmacy waiting area
• Assist with over-the-counter inventory and product rotation
• Help resolve patient questions and concerns

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• 1+ year cash handling experience
• Pharmacy Technician license preferred or eligibility required
• Strong computer, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: From $18 hr.
