What You’ll Do

• Complete maintenance work orders and repairs at residential properties in a timely manner.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Respond to occasional on-call needs as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or general maintenance.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
• Physically capable of performing maintenance duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background, drug screening, and motor vehicle record checks.
