HR Manager



Bilingual HR Manager - Blue Collar - Casual Office

As a Bilingual Human Resources Manager, you will support strategic business objectives by managing employee relations, onboarding, recruiting, work comp, employee benefits, payroll, oversee performance management, and administering HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with management to support personnel management, recruitment, and retention strategies.
• Oversee performance management processes, including reviews, feedback, and evaluations.
• Manage HR programs such as talent management, annual salary increases, health insurance enrollment, disciplinary matters, and employee recognition.
• Handle work injury management and follow-up on claims.
• Support safety audits and follow-up actions in collaboration with the Training and Safety Manager.
• Identify staffing needs and implement best practices for hiring and talent management.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Oversee payroll administration and employee benefits, 
• Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Execute disciplinary actions and terminations according to company policies.
• Develop and manage the strategic HR plan and budget.
• Review reports (OSHA, 401K, OT etc) and recommend actions.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business
• SHRM Certification (preferred)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• 5+ years of experience in human resource roles with a construction co, skilled trades related co,, or related in a blue collar environment
